- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in target markets and industry verticals
- Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and potential clients
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand product specifications and technical capabilities
- Create compelling value propositions and customized solutions for prospective clients
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to contract negotiation
- Monitor KPIs and report on business development activities and pipeline progress
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or business development
- Strong understanding of high-pressure instrumentation or precision components
- Proven track record in building client relationships and closing deals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical audiences
- Strategic mindset with analytical problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales pipeline management
- Ability to travel within Singapore and potentially to regional markets
