As a Business Development Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, managing key client relationships, and providing the technical expertise required to close complex deals. You will act as a consultant to our clients, helping them solve critical challenges related to semiconductor manufacturing and process purity. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for Ultra High Purity (UHP) semiconductor solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the semiconductor and chemical processing sectors.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to prospective clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend product improvements and new service offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and R&D teams to ensure customer requirements are met and technical queries are resolved efficiently.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales engineering, or technical sales within the semiconductor or high-purity industries.
  • Strong understanding of Ultra High Purity (UHP) systems, materials, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid Singapore work pass (e.g., S-Pass or Employment Pass) is preferred.
