Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with restaurants and hospitality partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the food industry
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential partners
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new partners
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
