Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the used car market.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and financing options to close deals successfully.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide accurate product information and professional after-sales support to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performing team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
