Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities and client leads within the construction and related industries.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, key decision-makers, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software.
- Represent Gencore Construction Group at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Business Development or B2B sales, with a strong preference for candidates with construction or heavy industry background.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
- Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle, industry dynamics, and key market players.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.
- Must be a Filipino national or possess a valid working permit for the Philippines.
