Tanggung Jawab
- Acquire new customers through strategic lead generation and prospecting activities
- Manage and nurture prospects through the entire sales pipeline
- Research market opportunities and develop referral networks
- Present company services effectively to prospective clients
- Consult with clients to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales or business development
- Proven track record in lead generation and sales closure
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
