Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and field sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals effectively while ensuring maximum profitability.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and high client satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role (Fresh graduates with outstanding potential are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written). Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel extensively across the Kajang, Bangi, and Serdang areas.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
