Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop customized business proposals, sales presentations, and comprehensive price quotations.
  • Actively manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with operational capabilities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals to drive company revenue growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development roles.
  • Strong proficiency in drafting professional business proposals and presentation decks.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
