Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new lead sources to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations with prospective students and their families.
- Represent The Otomotif College at education fairs, school roadshows, and community events.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school counselors and industry partners.
- Maintain an accurate and updated CRM database of all prospects and conversion activities.
- Provide insightful feedback on market trends and competitive activities to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or educational consultancy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel locally for roadshows and school visits as required.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable utilizing CRM software.
