Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business proposals, evaluating financial models, technical specifications, and strategic alignment.
- Assess the viability and risks associated with potential business projects and land development initiatives.
- Prepare detailed assessment reports and recommendations for senior management and decision-making bodies.
- Coordinate with internal technical and financial teams to gather necessary data for proposal evaluation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the organization.
- Ensure all proposals comply with relevant regulatory and organizational policies.
- Present findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders during meetings and reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or proposal evaluation.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (Excel, SAP, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to interpret complex technical documents and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a contract-based environment.
