Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent understanding of logistics industry and supply chain solutions
- Strategic thinking with ability to develop actionable business plans
