You will work closely with our senior management to identify new revenue streams and create tailored solutions that meet client needs. We offer a competitive salary package of RM 3,500 – RM 4,500 per month, along with attractive commission schemes and performance bonuses. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the financial services sector to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through consultative selling and exceptional service.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
