Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and strategic outreach
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead negotiations and close deals while maintaining long-term client satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling brand narratives and promotional campaigns
- Track and report on KPIs, pipeline progress, and revenue growth metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in business development, sales, or client-facing roles
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools
