- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets within the packaging sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal production and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote ZW Packaging products.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to management to optimize sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in business development or sales (fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of the packaging, printing, or manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
