Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment with business growth strategies.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management regarding market conditions and customer requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
