As our Business Development Executive, you will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying new business opportunities and showcasing our high-quality cleaning solutions to commercial clients across Singapore. You will work closely with the leadership team to refine our market strategy and ensure we remain the top choice for property managers, corporate offices, and industrial facilities. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities within the commercial cleaning and facilities management sector.
  • Conduct intensive market research and lead generation to build a robust sales pipeline of potential corporate clients.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial cold calling and prospecting to final contract negotiations and closing.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and tailored service proposals that address client-specific needs.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including facility managers, building owners, and procurement officers.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding process for new accounts.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for business growth strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably within the service or cleaning industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using CRM tools.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation is a significant advantage.
