Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals that meet client needs.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements to secure successful contracts.
- Conduct thorough market research to keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong presentation and public speaking capabilities.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and resilient personality with a 'hunter' mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
