Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with corporate clients, healthcare providers, and community organizations
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Generate new revenue streams through innovative healthcare service packages and corporate wellness programs
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to contract negotiation and implementation
- Plan and execute offline networking events and digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand exposure
- Conduct market research to identify emerging healthcare trends and competitive opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development initiatives with company offerings
- Maintain detailed CRM records and provide regular performance reports to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management
- Proven track record in healthcare or corporate wellness industry preferred
- Exceptional networking skills with ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools
