Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential leads in the local market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze competitors and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to stakeholders.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
- Track sales performance and generate regular reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
