- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the event industry
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years in business development, sales, or account management
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian event venue market
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Malaysian work permit (if applicable)
