Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and professional ethics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • A valid driver's license and own transport is an added advantage.
