Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- A valid driver's license and own transport is an added advantage.
