Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels within the target market.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
  • Present compelling business proposals and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to secure profitable business deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (Minimum 1-2 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and result-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Valid work pass for Singapore (including EP, S-Pass, or SPass) is required.
