Are you a high-energy sales professional with a passion for out-of-home (OOH) and digital advertising? United Neon Advertising Inc. is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding team in Makati. In this role, you will be the face of our company, identifying new market opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the advertising landscape by connecting brands with high-impact outdoor media solutions. We are looking for a proactive hunter who is comfortable navigating corporate environments, crafting compelling sales proposals, and closing deals that deliver measurable value to our partners.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the advertising and media sector.
  • Conduct professional presentations and meetings with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Develop and deliver customized advertising proposals that align with client marketing objectives.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasting to management.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly quotas.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing and creative teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Provide exceptional account management to ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in advertising, media, or tech-enabled services.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment in Metro Manila.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Strong professional network within the Philippine advertising landscape is a significant advantage.
