  • Manage the end-to-end tender process, including documentation, submission, and follow-up.
  • Maintain and update company licensing and ensure full compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of contracts and client deliverables.
  • Foster and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote services and solutions.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the business development team.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of tender management and corporate compliance procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with e-perolehan systems is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
