Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a high level of energy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales methodologies is a plus.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
