Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the wine and alcohol sector.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients, with a focus on the hospitality and retail industries.
  • Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct thorough market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to negotiate favorable terms.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely product delivery and inventory management.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust tactics as necessary to maximize profitability.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings to represent the company brand.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the FMCG or alcohol industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and sales reports.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region for client meetings.
  • A passion for the wine and beverage industry is highly desirable.
