Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand our client base in the digital media landscape.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term, strategic partnerships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct high-impact presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our service offerings and market positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams to align sales goals with promotional activities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
  • Strong understanding of the media or digital advertising landscape in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
