Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, emphasizing the value of our data-driven solutions.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent conversion rates to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers across diverse industries.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and market positioning.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate client records and activity logs within our CRM system.
- Negotiate contract terms and finalize sales agreements with a focus on maximizing customer value.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, data analytics, or professional services.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data and business intelligence.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong command of English, with additional regional languages being a distinct advantage for cross-border market penetration.
