In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our expansion strategies, managing key stakeholder relationships, and coordinating complex projects. You will act as the bridge between Haidilao and our external partners, ensuring that our business objectives are met with precision and enthusiasm. We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving success within the hospitality and food service industry.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support the company's regional expansion strategies.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Coordinate and oversee specific business projects to ensure timely and successful execution.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential partnerships, and competitive landscapes.
  • Prepare detailed business reports, presentations, and proposals for management review.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop and implement growth strategies.
  • Represent Haidilao at industry networking events and client meetings.

Kualifikasi

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong track record in stakeholder management and project coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with the F&B or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A relevant bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
