Are you a driven professional passionate about driving growth in the digital landscape? PT Linkit is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives that propel our digital solutions to the forefront of the industry.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand market trends, refine our value proposition, and convert prospects into long-term partners. If you have a hunter mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and a desire to excel in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and qualify new business leads through market research, cold outreach, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing tailored digital solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements while ensuring win-win outcomes.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Account Management, preferably within the tech or digital industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex digital solutions clearly.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
  • Excellent command of English and Indonesian (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a contract-based role.
