Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect for new business opportunities to expand the company's market share in Yogyakarta.
- Develop compelling marketing proposals tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.
- Lead professional presentations and effectively communicate our value proposition to key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine our sales strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support for closed deals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar commercial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
