Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect for new business opportunities to expand the company's market share in Yogyakarta.
  • Develop compelling marketing proposals tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.
  • Lead professional presentations and effectively communicate our value proposition to key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine our sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support for closed deals.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar commercial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
