Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market share in Penang and beyond.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new trends, competitors, and potential leads.
- Present and demonstrate the company's products/services to prospective clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
- Negotiate terms of agreements, pricing, and contracts to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales activities and prepare regular reports on performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.
