Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new potential clients for IT security and automation solutions.
- Conduct high-quality presentations and demonstrations of CCTV, networking, and home automation systems.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and repeat business.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure client requirements are accurately understood and delivered.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to final contract signing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on win-win outcomes.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is required for client visits.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
