Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the aviation and aerospace sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and corporate clients.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and manage sales proposals, contracts, and follow-up documentation.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and revenue targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the logistics or aviation industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
