Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market share.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and business proposals.
  • Negotiate contract terms and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a professional network.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Fluency in English and Malay; additional languages are a plus.
