Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share in the region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and production teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective prospecting and closing.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport are mandatory for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
