Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the agriculture sector.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Organize and attend promotional events, trade shows, and agricultural exhibitions.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with brand campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the agrochemical or agricultural industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
