Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the agriculture sector.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Organize and attend promotional events, trade shows, and agricultural exhibitions.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with brand campaigns.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the agrochemical or agricultural industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
