Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new B2B business opportunities through strategic outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for potential corporate clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Negotiate terms and close sales contracts to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and increase market penetration.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to provide tailored fleet management solutions for client requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in SaaS, Telematics, or Automotive sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a high-performing team.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation for client visits.
