Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in B2B and B2G segments.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in corporate firms and government agencies.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and market analysis for management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in B2B or B2G sales/business development.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes (tender/e-katalog) is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Fluency in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
