Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for driving growth in both corporate and government sectors? Dwipakencana Lestari Prima is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to expand our market footprint. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our commercial efforts, bridging the gap between our solutions and high-value B2B and B2G clients.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in B2B and B2G segments.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in corporate firms and government agencies.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and market analysis for management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in B2B or B2G sales/business development.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes (tender/e-katalog) is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
