Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business leads through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Provide timely feedback and reports to management regarding sales progress and pipelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'A' Levels or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, resilient, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is an added advantage.
