Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure recurring business.
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to prospects to drive conversion.
- Prepare sales reports, progress tracking, and market analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Resilient mindset with a 'can-do' attitude toward overcoming challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
