  • Drive exhibition sales and revenue growth through proactive outreach and strategic sales campaigns.
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value partnerships with industry stakeholders and exhibitors.
  • Develop and execute market expansion strategies to increase brand presence in the East Region.
  • Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate logistics and activities for major exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Create compelling business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
  • Strong background in exhibition management, event coordination, or trade show sales is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
