In this pivotal role, you will be the face of H&W Food Industry, driving new business acquisition and expanding our market share. Your days will be dynamicâsplitting time between strategic client meetings, delivering impactful product presentations, and negotiating long-term supply agreements. You will have a direct impact on the company's growth trajectory, bringing innovative food products to the tables of the nation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, target, and secure new business accounts within the cafe, foodservice, HORECA, and institutional sectors across the Klang Valley.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure high levels of customer retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular sales visits, product demonstrations, and tasting sessions to showcase H&W's portfolio of premium food products.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional programs in alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to launch new products and execute in-market sales campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
- Provide market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer needs to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Food Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience in the Foodservice, FMCG, or Hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Possess a valid Malaysian driving license and owns a vehicle, willing to travel extensively within Selangor and the Klang Valley.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Strong PC literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
