Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high retention rates and upselling opportunities.
- Prepare competitive quotations, contracts, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business leads.
- Coordinate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Attend industry networking events and trade shows to promote CJ Century Logistics' services.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within freight forwarding or supply chain.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, Incoterms, import/export regulations, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
