In this role, you will be the face of our furniture and interior solutions, playing a pivotal role in expanding our market footprint and securing high-value projects.
We are seeking a strategic thinker who excels at building long-term relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers. You will navigate the full sales cycle—from lead generation and prospecting to successful project acquisition—ensuring that our clients receive the best interior furnishing solutions on the market. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the furniture and interior design sectors.
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients, architects, interior designers, and project stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to final contract negotiation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to key stakeholders.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate reporting on progress and performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the furniture, interior design, or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of the local furniture market and project tender processes in Indonesia.
- Exceptional communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team.
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, and capable of meeting aggressive sales targets.
