Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the furniture and interior design sector.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with interior designers, architects, and property developers.
  • Conduct professional presentations and site visits to showcase our luxury furniture collections.
  • Prepare accurate sales quotations, follow up on inquiries, and negotiate terms to ensure profitability.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements to our sales strategies.
  • Travel across Malaysia as required to meet with prospective and existing high-value clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the furniture or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and own transport.
