- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the general insurance sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales or business development
- Valid General Insurance license (Certified Financial Planner preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities to assess client risk profiles
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
