Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for hospital services, targeting both individual patients and corporate clients.
- Identify and prospect new corporate accounts for health check-up programs, corporate wellness initiatives, and other medical services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with current and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct compelling presentations and proposals to key decision-makers, effectively communicating the value and benefits of RS Sedayu General Hospital's offerings.
- Collaborate with clinical and marketing teams to develop tailored service packages and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and service improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
- Represent RS Sedayu General Hospital at industry events, health fairs, and corporate gatherings to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related service industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in Indonesia, particularly in DI Yogyakarta, is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
- Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as required.
