Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly clinic targets
- Promote premium skincare packages and luxury aesthetic services to new and existing clients
- Conduct client consultations to identify needs and recommend appropriate services
- Implement upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize service revenue
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years in sales, preferably in healthcare, beauty, or luxury services
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
