BOB Performance & Accessories Inc is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to spearhead the growth of our Helmet Division. This is a critical role for a results-driven individual ready to expand our market footprint in the Bulacan region and beyond.

As our Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new market opportunities, cultivating relationships with retail partners, and ensuring our helmet product line remains the top choice for riders. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase the market share of our helmet division.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new retail partners and distribution channels.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing dealers and high-volume customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and training for retailers to ensure effective product positioning.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Participate in motorcycle events, trade shows, and activation activities to promote brand awareness.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports on growth objectives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle accessory industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Ability to travel frequently within assigned territories to meet with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM software or sales tracking tools.
  • A genuine interest in the motorcycle industry and safety gear.
